Don't waist your money or time you consider yourself Warned. Check the Ohio Bar Associate website under displinary proceedings. He is Very Very unreliable . He stopped answering my phone calls missed deadlines failed to answer my texts or emails dont believe Nothing he says it's all hog wash in my experience he is not a good attorney at all.

My friend filed for Divorce with him. Mr. McKinney claims to have done all the paperwork, has been paid in full and its now 1 year and no date and Montgomery County Domestic Relations office is rude and wont give him update of information. Mr. McKinney wont even dig deep to find out why no date and wont return his calls back.

McKinney was a prolific liar who withheld information and documents destroying my case

If I could give him a negative 0, but site doesn’t allow me too. Poor communication with his client. No follow through on anything that he says he will do. I would not refer him to anyone. Due to legalities I will leave it at this.

Had a meeting to see if he would take our case. Took all the information,and NEVER contacted us back. Called several times, and he wouldn't return the calls. While the Secretary is WONDERFUL, the actual lawyer is highly unprofessional
