Poor customer service from his secretary or whoever answers the phone here giving vastly incorrect information and getting business under false pretense. In addition, using him for abstracting may cost extra time and money when he missed a very clear lien when abstracting for me. Do not recommend.

I sent my first email and was ignored, so I sent a follow-up. My email was obviously not read all the way through, because my initial issue wasn't answered. After I replied and reiterated my main question, I got a very snotty "lawyerspeak" reply. It was pretty apparent my issue was not important. Since I have no experience in probate law but have a Master's in Criminal Justice, I was able to decipher his wordy answer.
