Mr. Kranstuber and his staff provided accurate direction each and every step of the Worker's Comp process. The Worker's Comp system is overwhelming to deal with. I would not have been able to navigate it without clear direction from Chuck. He met me at the courthouse before each hearing so we had a few moments to catch up on what he was going to present. Afterward he reviewed with me what was determined. He was honest and encouraged me to be hopeful. I always felt he was in my corner. That was extremely helpful!
