Most of us are scared when we see IRS across an envelope in the mail. And I’m no exception to that. Fortunately, I had Christy to rely on. I don’t know a lot about taxes in general to be honest. She was empathetic to my needs, took her time to explain the processes we’d go through, and reassured me she would do her best. Christy Lee and her staff helped me sort out an IRS problem involving a screwed up trust put together by some lawyer who didn't know what they were doing; and caused IRS audit of the estate. When the IRS sent me the letter, I didn't know what to do, I had family hounding me for the money in the trust and I was scared I was going to get stuck with a huge tax bill. I asked Christy to open all the IRS letters and get the crazy family to back off - what a relief, she saved me soo much grief. She knew how to handle the IRS questions and saved me having to talk to the IRS. By the time it was all done, Christy saved me years of stress and got the crazy & greedy family members out of my life; the money she saved me more than covered the fees. Thank you Christy! 5 stars

Well Mr. Wallace, that simply is not accurate. We have a very detailed process when calls are received, even when someone does not leave a message. I believe you have my firm mixed up with someone else or in fact your wife may not have called.
