Mr Johnson is a great guy and an even better attorney. He’s not afraid of taking your case to court and fighting for you and your case. Every call is answered and every message returned.

By far the worst worst experience we ever had took a big loss with this guy told us he was going to charge us 33% then at the end took 40% never update on us on our case and took damn near 2 years to settle. And still got finessed not even worth the 1 star the worst.

Please head my warning....do not use this attorney. He and his ever-turning staff are as lazy and inept as possible. Auto accident litigation started in early 2023. Case settled with other party for state limits in Sept 2023. Now Sept 2024, and the reductions have dragged on and on. Lost paperwork. Last contact was in May 2024 when I called. Nothing since. Prior to that was in Dec 2023 when I was told they were almost finished with reductions, but then "found" "misplaced" lien from a provider. Attorney asked me what I wanted to do about a paying a provider that they forgot about. Seriously? No contact or follow-ups after numerous calls. Complaint has been filed.

Nice guy, He cares and has a knowledgeable staff. This office did a wonderful job on my accident case. Kudos!

NEVER COMMING AGAIN! I BEEN TRYING TO GET A SIMPLE CLAIM OF A CAR ACCIDENT WHEN THEY HIT ME! BUT NOPE! BEEN TRYING TO GET THIS FOR 1yr GOING ON TWO YEARS AND THEY LAG SO MUCH! FIRST OF ALL I GIVE THEM ALL MY PAPER WORK AND WHEN I CALL THEY ALWAYS ASK ME THE SAME QUESTIONS LIKE IF THEY DONT KNOW AND LOST MY PAPER WORK! I HAD TO GET MY OWN MEDICAL RECORDS NOT LIKE OTHER LAWYERS THEY DO EVERYTHING FOR YOU! I HAD TO ACTUALLY CALL MY OWN CHIROPRACTOR TO SEE IF THEY GOT MY LAWYERS PAPER WORK AND THEY HAVENT SO I PERSONLY HAD TO PUT IN WORK AND CALL BACK THE LAWYER AND TELL THEM TO RESEND IT AND ILL CALL THE CHIROPRACTOR AGAIN ,IF IT WASNT FOR ME ,THEY BE WAITING FOREVER TO GET MY RECORDS FROM THEM! TOOK ABOUT 5 or 6 MONTHS TO GET SIMPLE RECORDS KUZ THEY WERE WAITING FOR CHIROPRACTOR TO SEND IT BACK WHICH THEY NEVER GOT IT, THEY COULDOVE SIMPLY CALLED THEM AND CHECK! Anyways let’s go on! SO NOW I GOT MY SETTLE MENT AND ALL OF A SUDDEN THERE IS HIDDEN FEES EXTRA CHARGES THAT THEY DONT TELL U ABOUT AND WHEN I TOLD THEM TO GIVE ME COPIES OF THAT PAPER WORK THAT SAYS THAT THERE WAS EXTRA CHARGES, THEY TOLD ME THEY CANT GIVE IT TO ME KUZ THE LAWYERS HADNT SIGHNED IT..... SO THAT MEANS THAT THEY WILL TELL U THESE HIDDEN CHARGES AFTER EVERYTHING LMFAOO!! The front reception gave attitude also! WHEN I ASK THEM TO TELL CRAIG JOGHNSON THE ATTY TO CALL ME BACK THEY NEVER DO!! THEY NEVER CALL BACK YOU HAVE TO CALL THEM ALWAYS! They always sound like they don’t know nothing! CRAIG JOGHNSON IS NEVER THERE TO TALK TO IN PERSON!! I PERSONALLY HAVENT EVEN MET HIM YET! Why have people work for you if they don’t even know what to tell u or at least give you a estimate of how much I’m getting back! Anyways... I regret comming here! I would probly got more settlement without them kuz there are hidden fees you have to pay I guess!! Never again will I come here ever! THEY SCREWED ME UP AND IM MOST LIKELY GETTING LESS THAN I WAS GETTING FROM THE OTHER GUYS INSURANCE DO TO THE ATYY CUT AND HIDDEN FEES THEY DIDNT TELL ME ABOUT! Basically I lost in my head!!! It's simple, we will never come here again. They are not doing anything at all. They are taking so long and lying about what's going on. Now they are trying to charge fees that we did not know about. This is not a lie. Is the truth, so before you come here. Just try to think about it. I wish I can give less than one star. No one ever calls back and girl in front office seems lost all the time. For sure we got screwed and we will be taking a loss.
