Did not seem to want to help, snobby, arrogant, exactly what you’d expect from a lawyer, didn’t like that the case “had to much drama” , so ... if your thinking about getting a divorce , and you have “drama” then I do NOT recommend this person.

Mr.Hernandez really knows how to help a mother in need. In one of the most difficult times of my life, he took the time to guide me in the right direction. I was so overwhelmed separating from my kids father and appreciate everything he advised to get me through it.

The man knows his stuff I had gone through 2 lawyers, one who didn't speak up for me and one who didn't do anything." Daniel did!! He grabbed the scraps left behind from the previous lawyers and did what could. He was the only one who genuinly helped me and got me an extra day with my child and the only one who explained the process at hand. If I could give an extra star 🌟 , I most definitely would.

We recently had a consultation with Daniel. During the appointment, he was very abrupt, not listening to our concerns, won't spend minute look at the paperwork we brought regarding the divorce case, and keep interrupting while we are taking. We I wanted to asked him questions about his fees and experience, he blow up. The only good part was he refunded our fee for consultation. I seems like he wasn't having the best day or under the influence

Daniel was very professional, straight forward and reasonable. Glad I found him. He was very helpful and amazing. He's worth every $$ when it comes to getting the job done. I can't thank him enough for what he did for me and helping me thru this long battle in family court. He's amazing staff was also amazing helpful and very responsive. I recommend him 100%. Very pleased with the initial consultation for a divorced case. Mr. Daniel Hernandez was very knowledgeable and explained everything pertaining to the case with great detailed. Plus, he went above and beyond to help with legal documents ( handed documents back ready to file). We could not be more pleased with his legal expertise.

Leanne is AMAZING! Extremely helpful and guided me thru a tough issue I was having with the child support process. She went out of her way to make phone calls for me which provided me with the information I needed and helped me find the correct individuals I needed to speak with regarding my issue. Dan is the man. I initially retained Dan as my attorney in 2014 I interviewed 2 other attorneys in the area and they were not up to my par . Since then he has represented me at least 4-5 times since my divorce was finalized in 2015. Unfortunately yes, several times "DRAMA" However having Dan represent me has been a total blessing, every time that I have retained him I have gotten a positive outcome. Dan is quite direct, and does not sugar coat much which is why whenever I have a issue that requires legal representation I make the call (Speed Dial). I have referred several people to Dan and they have told me "wow, He is Good". I know that if you are reading these reviews you are doing some due diligence if you are looking for a man of integrity and good moral character give Dan a call. He has a great support system who is there to assist with questions and guidance.

I would highly recommend Attorney Daniel Hernandez and his amazing staff. I felt a bit lost in the legal system so I scheduled a consultation with his office and I was not disappointed. For some, he may come off as borderline rude, but don't get him wrong, he just tells it like it is. He was exactly what I was looking for. He's honest, professional and most importantly, he got down to business where it mattered most, in the courtroom. Leigh Ann, his paralegal, has many years of experience and was able to answer the MANY questions I had. She's a sea of knowledge! Talk about a great team. My questions were answered promptly, my documents were filed quickly and overall they made this dreaded experience a walk in the park. Don't be discouraged by the fake reviews posted on here about this office, I took a chance and got excellent results. I hope you do too. Bottom line is, Mr.Hernandez is a shark. Question is, in the courtroom, do you want a shark, or a guppy?

Dan Hernandez did my divorce for me and i would recommend him to anyone looking for an attorney for any type of family law issues. One thing i liked about him is that he was very honest with me. His office prepared my paperwork in a timely manner and there was never any underhandedness about what was happening.
