I found myself lost. My Mother had passed away I was the Executor. This is a important time to receive expert assistance. The law firm I choose was Daniel Siegel of Havertown Pa. You need guidance on what to do and when to do it. Dan & his assistant Pam went above and beyond to help. I was still in shock of Mom passing she was not I’ll. Dan and his staff did a wonderful job with my stepfather‘s estate. The attorney (in Oxford) that wrote my mother and stepfather’s Wills Did not list my siblings and my name. It only stated children. My stepfather never updated his Will after my mother passed to put our names on the Will. So we had to go to orphans Court to prove we were step children. He never had children of his own. It was a long process during Covid with the courts being closed. Dan and his staff were very prepared when we did the process in West Chester, where the Will was registered. They were very helpful and prompt at answering all our questions with the sale of the house and orphans Court. I would definitely use them again if I ever have any legal issues.
