This lawyer was supposed to handle my uncle’s estate. It’s been 3 years and it still isn’t done. Don’t waste your time.

Overall very satisfied been using Dave Martino for over two decades! for my business as well as personal i have seen negative reviews but keep in mind your going to find negeative reveiws on everyone!! not one lawyer or business does not have a negative review !!! you cant win them all! or satisfy every one that goes for EVERY ONE!! lawyers, businesses , fighters, boxers people running for office , president, managers and so on. i have used Dave Martino many times over the two decades overall he is a very good lawyer!!

Beware.......I needed an employment lawyer. Once I'd called and stated my claim the receptionist/secretary said I needed an appointment and she scheduled me last week. Unbeknownst to me there was an consultation fee of $75 + $2.25 processing fee if you use your debit. I wished I would've known, so I can decide if I want to proceed or not. This really upset me. The day before my schedule appointment I did not receive a confirmation call. You would think someone from the office will call to inform you of the consultation fee, and ways to pay once you arrive to the office. Entrapment.....!! A word of advice for this office call the person beforehand to ensure time, address, and any fee's that's applicable!!! Why risk thousand of dollars for $77.25

I been working with this law firm for over a year now with a case. Throughout the entire process I have had call and follow up with every step of the way from notices to even hearing the judges disposition as if I wasn’t of their concern. If I haven’t called things wouldn’t have gotten taken care of. Also, when it came time to send the court notice out THEY sent it to the wrong address but wanted ME to pay to have it resent out to the correct one. Come the day of the hearing Mr. Martino tells me he never received certain documents (100+ page inspection report of my home) which his secretary replied to the email with all the other attachments in there I guess it was too much for them to print out let alone the photos of the proof was in black and white because I guess color ink was too much of a hassle for their office. His only standing argument after months of possible preparation at my hearing was if the inspection company wasn’t insured which they were. Hearing was 8/2022 and I still have to follow up with their office because I haven’t received my compensation (it’s well past the appeal period) from the defendant but their office won’t heisitate to send me their bill in the mail. It appears Dave’s best years are well behind him and he’s just chasing $ to get out and retire with little to no concern of his clients. Only people I’d recommend this office to is people I’d have to go to court against.

Mr Martino has been my attorney for years and knowledgeable in his practice. Give him a try you won't be disappointed !
