I got a DWI leaving a music festival even though I didn’t do anything wrong. I was at a loss in what to do. That’s when I had a free phone consultation with David Powell. He really gave me good insight on what I needed to do for my case and how to go about it. After that I decided to go with him which is the best decision I’ve made. We went to court and he fought for me and eventually he got everything dismissed. I truly appreciate him for everything he did for me!

I paid Bailey Riggs to be my divorce attorney in October 2025. I talked to him on the phone one time, then a week or so later he quit. He had puyt him name on my case. That was it. That was in October. I still don't have a divorce or an attorney because I just learned that the other side has been intervening every time I get an attorney. I thought it was just the last 3, but no, it started with the first attorney I got. The person I am trying to divorce who has stolen everything I have, likes to brag about the control they have over every one!!! This is not a good thing. I called to inquire about services and spoke with the receptionist. From the beginning, her tone was negative and unwelcoming. I tried to explain my situation, but the first thing she mentioned was that it would cost $2,500. When I asked if I could first speak with the attorney before committing, she told me the lawyer does not give free legal advice and that payment must be made upfront. While I completely understand that attorneys charge for their time, the way it was communicated felt dismissive and purely transactional. Because of the receptionist’s attitude and energy, I decided not to move forward. I can’t speak to the quality of the attorneys themselves, but this initial encounter left me with a very poor impression. When I politely declined, the receptionist hung up on me. The overall interaction gave the impression that the priority was collecting a check, rather than genuinely understanding a potential client’s needs. It felt like no guidance or information would be offered unless money was presented first, which came across as disingenuous.

I cannot thank Bailey Riggs enough for the exceptional representation and guidance he provided. Throughout my case, which required multiple court dates due to scheduling changes and no-shows, Bailey remained steadfast and dedicated.
