Our family engaged David Sheldon's office to respond and prepare our son for an administrative hearing whose outcome would impact his Army ROTC commissioning status. While not a criminal matter, we felt that an injustice had been done and we wanted to provide our son with the best advice, representation and preparation. Mr. Sheldon and his team were with us every step of the way. And it was a long way — the Army took a very long time to schedule a hearing. For the actual hearing, he prepared our son to win with a very detailed narrative and book of exhibits that rebutted/explained every facet of the administrative case against him. The professional level of preparation and documentation conveyed how seriously our son took the hearing and how committed he was to continue his Army path. While we might have been able to get the hearing scheduled without Mr. Sheldon's help, there is no way we would have been as prepared or presented as professional a case on our son's behalf without his very committed involvement. In a word, it was masterful. The hearing panel unanimously agreed and recommended that our son be retained in his commissioning program. This is the best law office on the east coast to find yourself in contact with if you are a veteran who has been wrongfully discharged. Speaking from experience, David and his team have the network and experience that make the investment more than worthwhile.
