I would highly recommend Dave if you are in an accident or have any other type of personal injury case. I was injured in an accident in February 2016 and my car was totaled. Dave took care of everything and my case settled in August 2017. Most PI cases take some time and won’t be settled overnight. Constant back and forth with insurance companies, the length of time it takes to reach a point of maximum medical improvement from your injuries, plus obstacles from the other party involved all play a role in the length of a case. So if you aren’t just “in it for the money” like most people are, be patient and justice will be served in the end by Dave Coffman.

Terrible personal injury attorney. I was under the impression that the very purpose of a lawyer is for them to fight to win your case on your behalf despite insurance companys trying to deny any fault in a relatively straightforward personal injury claim. NEVER before have I experienced someone giving up so easily and not making any effort to defend their client. I DO NOT recommend this attorney for any reason whatsoever, only concerned with his own interest, extremely passive aggressive on terms of defending his clients.
