RUN FROM THIS PLACE,very unprofessional and can barely get you the money you deserve. This firm literally gets bullied by every insurance company,fired these people so quick cause they just lay down and won’t fight for you after all the therapy and barely no updates on your case!!!!!!

Would give a negative star review if able!! **** My opinion**** I would never use this firm again!! Nick is as rude as they come and talks to you like you are stupid. Worst experience of my life dealing with some of the ppl. You do not get any communication unless you call them. They take the greatest portion of the settlement and literally leave you with nada. They file on your insurance when you are NOT at fault even when you state multiple times DO NOT FILE ANYTHING ON MY INSURANCE. Other party took responsibility right off the bat so no reason to file on my policy but they did anyway then Nick wants me to believe that in his 14 yrs of representing people he has NEVER had a client whose premiums went up!! Complete horse manure. I believe it is a total racket between insurance, accident and injury practices and the lawyers they do business with. Someone runs a stop sign totals your car and this firm does nothing in your favor. Don’t buy the 5 star reviews. Average American here and I hope you listen to the ones of us that give our opinion after experience DO NOT HIRE this firm

Was referred to this law firm from someone else.everything started out well, until the lawyer i had was no longer employed there.I called about my case multiple times so I could start back paying towards the fees only to get the run around. The money that was put towards my fees I could have used somewhere else.now im out the money and have to find another firm in order to file bankruptcy

Girlfriend was in an accident. Had police and witnesses confirm what happened. It was a slam dunk case. It took them almost 2 years. At the end we only got a few hundred dollars. They were a waste of time. I regret getting him as out attorney.

**I REPEAT DO NOT COME TO THIS FIRM*** Omg where do I even begin with this scam of a company. It took them 3 years , 3 years after they made me go to a chiropractor that was not needed to only screw me from beginning to end. I had two cases with this firm and they screwed me on both. They kept switching people on my case for 3 years. I never knew anything and stayed having to call them as if they wanted me to forget about my cases. You will always have to call them for an update they will not call you. Bit the kicker for me was after waiting 3 years to get my money for the wreck. We agreed on an amount for me and for my 2 kids. I come to pick up my last check for my kids, and do you know, these people not only took money from the settlement, but they TOOK 500 MORE DOLLARS OUT OF EACH OF MY KIDS CHECK. HOW IS THAT EVEN POSSIBLE THAT WE AGREED YOU WILL PAY ME THIS MUCH AND THEN YOU PAY ME WAY LESS.. THEY SCREWED ME TWICE ON THIS SETTLEMENT. I WOULD NOT TELL ANYBODY TO COME TO THEM. THEY WILL TAKE EVERYTHING, AND YOU LEAVE YOU WITH NOTHING. 3 YEARS THEY DRAGGED THIS OUT AND SCREWED ME SO MUCH IN THE PROCESS. I CANT BELIEVE THEY WOULD RATHER TAKE MONEY FROM MY KIDS CHECK THEN MINE ON TOP OF GETTING MONEY FROM THE SETTLEMENT. THATS BS. AS YOU CAN SEE I AM STILL PISSED ABOUT THIS.

I hired Kohm in June of 2020 for my husband, Kohm and his assistant Sam H. worked with the Defendants team to not only Hold on to my case but incorporated other law firms (without consent) to throw me off. I never received my file from Kohm and they will not respond, After I expressed my suspicions between the law firms. Also, Sam H email is listed as suspicious and potentially scam likely by Google themselves! Because of Kohms actions early on in my case, the person I was trying to pursue justice with was able to get away and my husband body was left disfigured, he lost his career path, and compensation was never issued. Please check all connections personal and business wise to assure that their are no conflict of interest. In this case everyone knew everyone.
