I have had the unfortunate displeasure of being treated as a second-class citizen by Elizabeth Hiskell. The firm's pre-requisites showed a lack of professionalism, and disorganization. My intent was to find an attorney who would represent me in appealing a denial. Elizabeth asked for a letter of denial, which I had emailed her. She would email me daily, saying, "Call you tomorrow." This went on for 72 hours. I had a deadline to file an appeal, so I called to follow up, but the receptionist said she was unavailable. My patience was wearing thin, so I firmly asked her to have Elizabeth confirm a time to call me back. The receptionist hung up on me. I called back and asked if she had hung up on me, and she denied it. I asked one last time for Elizabeth to confirm a time. It was finally confirmed. It was to my shock when Elizabeth called to interrogate me. I firmly mentioned that I had found a law firm to represent me. She responded with, "Very good, thank you." She hung up on me. Elizabeth overpromises and underdelivers. She needs to reconsider her career choice, as it is evident she is not well-equipped for this domain of expertise. I would not endorse this law firm, as they do not hold potential clients in high regard.
