I've talked to a lot of lawyers in the past year, including working with several family lawyers in South Bay, due to a complicated and tragic family situation. What I learned the hard way is that having experience here really matters, and Diane has decades of it. She understands the people--lawyers, judges, good bad and ugly--and the system, including its sometimes insurmountable flaws. She is a straight shooter who enjoys enlightening her clients about family law. She has the right temperament for the profession, and will work hard to find the best possible solution for her clients. Diane told me her style has become more collaborative over the years, advocating more for mediation and avoiding the courtroom when possible, which speaks to wisdom gained with experience. It is so easy for humanity to get lost in the fray of family law, I think her tack really matters.
