Wow! I can't believe it's only been a week since I hired the Law Offices of Donald E. Glass to help me with my divorce. They have been so professional and efficient, and I already feel like I have won my case! I am so glad I chose them to represent me, and I would recommend them to anyone in a similar situation.

This was a nearly painless process. It was a great low cost option for an uncontested divorce. A bit strange doing everything either by text message or the funky website, but be persistent and ask questions, and you'll get it done cheaply and quickly.

The assistance I received from the Law Offices of Donald E. Glass has me really pleased. The process for my divorce was swift and effective, and the costs were quite affordable. I would strongly advise anyone in need of legal assistance to contact this business.

Up until the end, I would have rated him 3-4 stars. Response time was quick, although often ranging from abrupt to downright rude. I hired the firm to get my divorce paperwork accepted by the court. Mr. Glass submitted the paperwork and it was rejected by the court. At this point, Mr. Glass refused to accept any responsibility or even the possibility of responsibility. He repeated told me that the court was wrong (I'd like to hear him say that to a judge) and that he was not responsible for the court losing paperwork. Paperwork that can neither be proven to have been sent or to have been lost. Of course, he'll be happy to refile "to please this court" (that's direct quote) for only another $95 filing fee. Sounds like a court fee, right? It's not. He's trying to weasel another $100 out of me rather the follow customer service ethics. Over the course of the conversation (which I forwarded to the Bar Association), MR. Glass became more combative and rude. So rude, that I was convinced I had to be talking to a clerk of some sort. When he refused to give me his name (????) , it became clear that I was actually dealing with the actual attorney. Baffling behavior. I filed a complaint with the Bar Association and the BBB. AVOID THIS MAN LIKE THE PLAGUE!!!!

Very unprofessional, rude, and poor customer service.

I am deeply disappointed in the way that I was treated and the way that my paperwork was handled. I wanted to save money so I went this route hoping and praying that it was legitimate. Somewhere along the way, when the documents that were submitted to the court were rejected three different times, I started asking questions. I started doing some research and making suggestions because things were not getting done and they did not seem to be submitted properly. I was told that I could just walk away from this attorney and go do it myself if I didn't like the way they were doing it. I explained that I was simply trying to understand what was happening and why were we being rejected by the courts every time we tried to submit for divorce. The cover letter that came back from the court was very clear about what the problems were and what boxes were checked incorrectly. This was done by the attorney's office of course. Their answer was always that they were very experienced and it must be the clerk that took the paperwork that was obviously not good at her job. Then when I mentioned something about having to go through the child support department due to my circumstances first prior to filing at the court, I was told that I have been blaming this attorney and that he no longer wants me to be his client because he feels that I am blaming him for things that are not his fault and that it is the court clerk's fault and that they are filing our paperwork incorrectly. I got a lot of excuses and told that other people were at fault and then at the very end I'm told that I no longer have an attorney because I questioned him and did not just trust him when you continually charge me more money again and again after every single attempt to finally Court was rejected due to improper completion of the forums. I am very disappointed and embarrassed that I even ever tried this attorney's online service at all. I don't recommend it and and it left a very bad taste in my mouth especially since I don't have a lot of money to waste and I don't have time to waste either. And after all the time wasting and money wasting he dumped me flat out. This was what he texted me today after asking him about maybe going to deliver the documents to the child support services first instead of going to the court first because of all of rejections and the explanation on the letter a rejection that we received multiple times: From Don Glass, Esq - "Hello Cynthia Garcia - Step 5 - Since you continue to blame our law firm for the court's incompetents, it is best that our legal services are hereby canceled and you are now free to handle the case yourself. thanks"

The services of Donald Glass esq. were extremely poor and a waste of my time. In my case Mr. Glass said to me in my free consultation that "just because she does not want to split the community property; does not make it uncontested" if he did not want this job he should have just said so and saved all the bad reviews. When I finished the online interview and clicked the review my interview button; did this 25 times nothing happened. In fact the assistants kept texting me MMS messages that did not come through or failed. I told them about this and asked to switch numbers so as to help the process or maybe just have them call me; they did not. All my effort was to no avail. Seems a phone call was too much work for the office of Donald E. Glass esq. and his agents. I spent 2 days filling out the online interview and two weeks trying to contact someone to help me proceed with the process. After several emails with exact questions the only customer service I got was a prompt cancellation and refund of my initial $95 without any reason as to why he had cancelled my legal service. I guess this service only wants the easy low hanging fruit without any complaints or issues. I wish I had listened to the 1 negative review for this attorney and done more research as it appears he was sanctioned in 2000 with an actual loss of license as referenced by Avvo. If you need any assistance or actual legal help do not use this online self-help website. It only amounts to an online automated form filler with an assistant to file your forms once they have been filled out by you. If this is the type of service you need I recommend using a paralegal / LDA form prep service and then filing the professionally completed forms yourself when ready. Again; seriously poor service! Do not use this web service! Too many headaches added to my already heavy load of going through a divorce. Totally not right. This is a repost as Donald E. Glass esq. and agents have labeled my first review as Bogus / False and told to ignore. Quite the opposite, this review couldn't be more TRUE! if this review is labeled as false or a lie again; as a doctor this will be an actionable case. In my defense this review is completely TRUE and I have all the correspondence to prove any allegation in this review. Seems funny that any negative review on Avvo is automatically labeled as false by the office of Donald E. Glass esq. I guess maybe that suspension in 2000 listed by Avvo must be false as well.

Don was very helpful and extremely affordable in comparison to other divorce lawyers. I shopped around and was a little nervous when i seen how affordable his price was. Additionally, I had so many questions and he did not hesitate answering them. The text line was very convenient as I am a very busy person. As soon as I sent a text I was receiving the needed information. I am very happy with the services. The divorce went super smooth as although it’s do it yourself Don makes sure he gives you a step by step guide so it’s impossible to make a mistake.
