Donald e green is rude and can be very ignorant. Those who work under him have been nice and understanding , never let the customer feel they’re alone in their situation . But Donald E Green needs to retired you never tell a customer you don’t care or you’re not going to argue with them when they are just trying to get a better understanding. I don’t recommend them . Find better they will waste your time !
