I recommend Eduardo Garcia 100% he was my child support lawyer. He fought my case and help me get the judge order more financial support from the other side. The day of the court he was very professional, strict about my child’s needs. Him and his team worked hard on getting pay stubs. His secretary Luly was always focused on making phone calls, sending emails and always looking for good times to get together and gather informaron and documentation needed. I am so happy with the results and I recommend him and his stuff.

I paid the referral fee for what was supposed to be a helpful 30-minute consultation, but the lawyer seemed disengaged and gave no real advice—our call lasted less than 20 minutes. I asked how to prepare for court and manage my concerns, but got only vague “the judge will decide”. It felt dismissive and unhelpful. I expected guidance and left feeling more anxious and unprepared. I’d hoped for a referral that matched my needs better.

This guy don’t help no body he just charge and don’t do everything to win the case when I called him to ask questions he answered angry after I paid him I don’t know why is in the industry

I would wach out for people like him. He try to scam my cousin. Will be reporting him to the board of attorneys and probably sue him to teach him a lesson.

Well I have not hire this Eduardo Garcia but he was sleeping with my ex and also given her money to "help her" I have all the messages he send her as well as she reply they both try to have me sign papers to their own benefit!! No integrity as a professional or as a family guy!! Yet I hope justice gets done ! Hope the wife finds out about the tamales he took home they were made by my ex!! I'm sorry for her n for me too!!

My only complaint is that I wish I had retained Eduardo sooner. I'd been trying to get a settlement for almost four years. It was going nowhere. The other party's lawyer was a 1 star lawyer and mine got slower and slower to respond to. Eventually when asking the previous firm why nothing was happening, I only got emails saying they were reviewing or preparing something. I would then get charged for asking. Eduardo helped my daughter on a previous case and recommended him. I finally decided to switch and I am so glad I did! He always responded to me, directly and more importantly he got the case resolved in months. He even helped the other lawyer. I am not kidding when I say that if I had not switched to Eduardo, I'd still be waiting on the previous lawyers to shuffle documents around, while getting nothing done. If you want results, this is someone who can deliver. I am not easily impressed but he impressed me enough to want to write a review.

He is happy as a clam to take your money, but does not comply with professional standards for his professional nor abide by attorney-client privilege. I would avoid releasing any personal details to him (home address, etc.) which would preclude further contractual agreements. Unfortunately, there is so much cronyism amongst Contra costa attorneys to the point of complete disregard for clients. I suggest avoiding a referral service such as the CCBA, and find either 1) a very seasoned attorney who is more careful your information or 2) a younger attorney who is more eager to earn your trust and future business.
