Mr Fobi had our case for 6 months kept assuring us he was preparing the complaint. Received a letter today that he was no longer going to represent us with less than 4 months left before statute of limitations run out to file. Now we have to scramble for an attorney so we don't miss deadlines. We have less than 30 days to file intent to sue with the insurance company. Very unprofessional in my book. Couldn't even call us or email a heads up, just dropped us without warning.
