Mr. Kassor accepted my case after I was rear-ended by a 16-year-old with a provisional license and experienced bodily injury. Six months after and out of nowhere, I received an email indicating that he was withdrawing as my attorney. I respectfully asked in a return email what had changed from the time he took my case to the time he sent that email, and I received ZERO response. To this day, I still have no idea why the attorney I chose and trusted withdrew his services. In my opinion, I deserved a whole lot more respect than that, particularly after what I had already been through with the accident. Wow! 😡 In response to the response…I have already been forced to settle with the insurance company on my own, so forwarding the email at this point would be irrelevant.

Let me tell you a story of the time UPS thought they were going to brush off responsibility and the folks at Kassor Law MADE them take ownership. I don't know what the proper adjectives are to adequately explain just how happy I am with what Mr. Kassor and his staff did for me. A UPS Semi sideswiped me. After 8 days of just trying to get ANYONE from UPS's insurance department on the phone, I knew I needed a professional. I reached out to Mr. Kassor's office and within 3 days they had all of UPS's insurance information, were coordinating with my insurance to make sure I was going to an in network chiropractor, and were able to finally get UPS to take responsibility for the rental car fees that were stacking up. They didn't burden me with needless calls and updates. When Mr. Kassor, Ms. Stacy, or Ms. Aydee called, it was with a purpose. A few days just before Thanksgiving I get a call from Ms. Stacy letting me know that now UPS is reaching out to them and is apologizing for the long delays we have waited through. Literally once Ms. Stacy gave me a call everything was resolved within a week. The next call I got was to come pickup my UNEXPECTEDLY large settlement check.
