We worked with Scalise on setting up a will for us and needed one in fairly short order. The firm was very responsive and available for us, and they walked us through the process step by step, answering any and all questions we had. Definitely recommend, and we'd definitely work with them again.

We searched for a top-rated elder care attorney in CT and Attorney Robert Scalise's name came up. We contacted him on an urgent basis on 12/29/2025 and he agreed to meet with us at 2 PM on 12/30/2025. Please note this was the holiday season. My husband's brother was a ward of the state who lived in a group Home in CT and suffered from end-of-life care for multiple myeloma and plasma leukemia. He was given less than 60 days to live. His brother was moved from a hospital to a new facility. That facility tried to discharge him 5 days later. Attorney Scalise agreed to represent my husband and his brother allowing him to remain in the facility where he was placed. He passed away on 1/5/2026. We will be forever grateful for his representation and help. We were simply blessed to have the representation of Attorney Robert Scalise Jr. Because of his representation my brother-in-law did not have to endure an unsafe discharge and a third move. We are forever grateful. Attorney Scalise is the best.
