While I have known Evan for decades and have trusted him with all things legal, this last experience was incredibly sensitive as I was faced with caring for mother who had a condo on the opposite coast. I called Evan and within hours he had all the appropriate paperwork drawn up to transfer the deed to me, read every contract before I signed anything, made phone calls on my behalf that the firm did not have to do, advised me while managing my mother’s accounts, and was my closing attorney for the property.
