DONT WASTE YOUR TIME!!!!!!!This guy was so nasty to me. He actually yelled at me on the phone. No wonder he’s answering his own calls. I was on the phone with him for 5 minutes and it didn’t take much time to show his true colors.

This guy is a perfect example of why everyone shouldn't be lawyers if you're not a people person and don't know how to speak to people with proper manners you shouldn't be in a field that deals with people this guy's personality is so off-putting I wouldn't hire him if he was the best lawyer in the world highly don't recommend

He moves offices frequently. Lies, cheats, steals, has been in trouble twice for stealing clients money once in Texas and in Ohio. Is extremely dishonest. Tried to steal from us. Had a signed contingency contract, and just suddenly started completely ignoring us after asking for thousands to tens of thousands of dollars for "video depositions" let the statute of limitations run out no letter ever! Avoid completely!
This is completely false. You signed a fee agreement that you were responsible for the costs of your case which included the costs of depositions to prove your case. You agreed to this. As no depositions were taken by me, you incurred no costs. Also I filed your case the day after you signed the fee agreement, so it was timely. The delay is due to the backlog in the court due to COVID. At the time I withdrew as your attorney, you case was quite alive before the Judge who had yet ( as of the date of my withdrawal) had yet to set a schedule to proceed. By the way I have only moved my office once in the last 8 years.
Not a very willing person to take small cases .it is small don't ever bother him .
If I didn't take your case, it was likely due either one of three factors. Your case had little likelihood of success or even if you received a settlement or won at trial, I would not be able to cover the amount of time expended or you were not able to afford the costs of your case for depositions of your former employer's witnessses.
