The neighbor did not respond to our complaints of damage. Peter gathered details, photos about my case, and eventually called my negligent neighbor starting a dialogue. He helped negotiate a settlement, a resolution saving me time, frustration, and lots of $$ in avoiding litigation. Kara and Frank Dardeno assisted in the buying and selling of our homes. They were incredibly thorough and just before signing the P&S, notified us that the home had 8 open building permits- one of which was a beam that supported the weight of the house to open up the basement floor plan. They were able to put contingencies in place to protect us while we waited for the building inspector to sign off on all the open work. This allowed the sale to stay on track in the time frame we needed. Had they not gone the extra mile, this could have gone very badly for us. We enjoyed working with them so much through the processes that we decided to have them put our Will together which they were able to have us sign at the closing of our home. Very efficient and responsive! We will definitely use them for any future needs.
