Absolute worst consultation I’ve ever had. He did not allow me to speak to even explain my case. This is the profession you chose. Why am I being talked to with a condescending attitude while I’m attempting to explain the hardship I’m in.

My case include all above (wrongful multiple teeth/implants extractions), placement of spayed chaotically freehand botched implants and wrongly angled abutments. Also 2 molars surgically readjusted to wrong direction, to match to ridiculously protruded , deformed & dysfunctional bridge.... The other bridge (in a form of hooked suspension) which caused irreversible problems & deformation to surrounding teeth... The small infection on single (tooth #23) diagnosed , but deliberately left untreated right away ,to grow to oversized 2 cysts , spreading wide on other teeth & destroying jaw bone....... And much more! If all above I described is not THE CASE , then there are no cases at all. BUT, Mr. F. Goldberg did not give me the opportunity to see him, to present evidence ... in a so-called free consultation. I was kicked out by an incompetent paralegal without the slightest chance of being heard by mr. Goldberg... The paralegal , also discussed & confirmed my "confidential" visit with my doctor, as I was informed later... So there are a lot more issues , than simple incompetence... Be very much careful to deal with this office!

Everything you could ask for in a lawyer!

Fred Goldberg and his staff were very attentive and helpful throughout the process of my case. They were always there when I had questions and updated me quickly with anything new I needed to know about.

I contacted this law office. The receptionist told me: "The lawyer does not take cases that are worth less than $10,000. You will not get anything from your case." And after that, she sent me a useless response template saying that I have 3 years to open my case. Unbelievable! I have never spoken with a lawyer or at least his paralegal about my case yet. The receptionist is not a lawyer. What does she know about the laws? I would not recommend this law firm.
