Highly do not recommend.
I cannot determine who is making this complaint. I am happy to address any issues if you will let me know who you are and what we allegedly did or didn’t do that was sub par.
I couldn't have asked for a better outcome. Mr. Green was kind enough to listen to me and address my concerns with grace even before accepting my case. When several attorneys wouldn't because of a difficult malpractice situation. Once my case was accepted by Mr. Green he and his team worked diligently to finalize a generous settlement, keeping me well informed throughout the entire process. I am grateful to have had Mr Green take care of this matter for me, and I would highly recommend him to anyone seeking his services.
Very poor communication. Nobody cares to respond to emails. It’s been two months and still no reply. Worst Law Firm in Arkansas!!!!
My Mom died in a nursing facility where she was neglected. I contacted this office and gave them proof from a nurse at the facility. They never did anything and did not contact me. Later I called them, they told me my Mom died from liver disease which was a lie. I felt hurt and disappointed. I'll always have bitterness against this law office.
Re: your Google post of January 10, 2025<br>Please let me start by saying that I feel for you. I know your mother’s death will remain in your mind for the rest of your life. I remembered you but had to pull the file that we opened for you in 2010 and closed in 2011, because we could not find an expert who would link medical negligence as the cause of your mother’s death. In doing our due diligence, we associated counsel with expertise in nursing home cases, hired a nurse who opined no causation, and then, even when it is our office policy to close a case once an expert has so advised, we took the extra step of hiring a doctor to review the records once again; the doctor also opined no causation. In my experience, causation usually is what is missing for a successful nursing home case. There’s often negligence, but proving negligence is what caused your mother’s death was why we couldn’t ethically take the case any further. I had my case handed over to Casey Or Kasey Green whom I've spoken to twice. Only to tell me my case was settled for a $1000.00. $400 was N gift cards from the company. She settled my case without even talking to Me about it. Cash settlement $600.00. I got $198.00 N'd $400.00 N gift cards. After reading what the company letter to Me the $400.00 N gift cards was a Courtesy, for being a Valued Customer. It was not apart of the settlement. If I could give a ZERO STAR I WOULD. Make it Make Sense.
My brother was hurt really bad because someone ran the stop sign, it's been almost 6 months they got their money he hasn't got a dime

Wasnt worth the 2 years ive been through wants to. Settle for cheap where i might get 2,000 dollars and im still in pain

Rating is not my thing,however i chose to do so .In the beginning with my case getting phone calls returned .Aways record conversations or get everything in writing. I ran into the firm not remembering or just dishonest.At one point s conversation had to be reminded that we had spoke.about.Always dad and daughter is a team and.i will leave that right there.

I must admit I don't recall a recent situation where I forgot something substantive, but certainly that's possible. I assure you no one here was dishonest with you. Mr. Green is very professional and very knowledgeable. His office staff is sweet and very helpful. If you need a lawyer that has great values, knows the facts and the Law, he is definitely the man for the case! :)
