Yes I hate I even wasted my time. Long story short, 40% plus was taking from my settlement. They lied and told me they had to hire an specialist to handle my case. Come to find out this specialist had a chair and desk in there office. He worked for them. They never filed any additional motion or anything out the normal. I was charged an extra 6.7%.

The attorney that was supposed to show up for traffic court emailed me to confirm that he would be there. No call, no show, and he didn't even submit the entry of representation cause me to get embarrassed by the judge. That was March. The case got reset for April 15th and he told me that he would submit a waiver of appearance so I wouldn't have to show up and that he would submit the entry of representation. Good thing I showed up because he didn't again. This guy is embarrassing this law firm. Im filing a Bar complaint for certain.

The Firm of GM&H drop the ball on my daughter's car accident case. They did not provide proper medical consultation/advice from a neurologist, instead sent her to a chiropractor who could not validate her claim of a head concussion. Because of this the case has been drastically reduced and compensation null/void. USE CAUTION when seeking attorney representation to ensure timely communication and substantial advice is given, otherwise you will loose with this firm!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Despite our best efforts, we cannot find any record of “your daughter” being a client without more information. Searching “Chie Creative Associates” does not pull up anything in our database. I’d certainly love to speak with you personally about this if you would simply call our office. I am always available to address concerns regarding our clients and their treatment - especially when it comes to a concussion as I had brain surgery in 2005. I know how debilitating headaches can be. We have access to Neuropsychologists and the ImPACT Concussion test which is used by the NFL to assess TBI’s (traumatic brain injuries). If your daughter is a client and she needs these resources, then let me know and it will be discuss all available options. Furthermore, EVERY client is given the opportunity (and we encourage them) to come into our Duluth office to meet with me personally about the claim. It is curious why this “review” was placed here, yet no call, email, letter, or office visit ever happened to discuss your daughter’s case or her treatment options. Bottom line: if this is a legitimate review, then please call our office immediately so we can address your concerns.
The person I spoke with helped me a lot. I didn't have proof of an accident, but she found out that they would take the case if I wanted to sue. I decided not to sue, but the company was ready if I wanted to!!!
