I was hit by a car while driving my moped. Didn't have health insurance at the time and required multiple surgeries and several months off before I could think about working again. Josh negotiated with the hospital to get them to accept a smaller payment, since I'm not rich and the driver who hit me only had $100,000 in liability insurance. He was also able to get a significant amount of that set aside for me so that I could recover financially from being out of work for so long, which went beyond my expectations of what was possible. Throughout the process I found him to be professional and helpful, willing to explain everything that I didn't understand about the legal issues. He responded to all of my calls/texts within 24 hours which was reassuring in itself. I would recommend Josh to anyone in a similar situation and I would assume that the other lawyers at the firm are of similar high quality.

My Divorce Decree called for specific performance. As the deadline approached, the ex-spouse has not acted on the agreed obligations. I came to Mr. Baker for help. Mr. Baker listened to me, reviewed the decree, and provided sound legal advice. Joseph eloquently conveyed to the ex, the consequences that will follow, if the agreed performance not met. Joseph helped me navigate unfamiliar territory and assisted in getting the specific performance out of the other side, timely. I later returned to Mr. Baker for another legal advice. In the world we live today, having an excellent legal advisor on your side is extremely valuable. I would strongly recommend Joseph for any family law related issue.

Mr. GERKE had helped me with all my cases. All staff is excellent. I popp in without appt and he makes time to see me. I highly recommend this law firm. If you want a law office who will act like you don't exist, ie. ignoring upwards of 20 phone call attempts and messages, completely ignored e-mails and a lawyer who ignores you and your case for upwards of two months-allowing what you thought was being taken care of to be sent to collections agencies, then this is your place. When you feel like your life couldn't get worse because of your accident but you really are just hoping it would? Then this is your law office. When you, the police, AND the witnesses ALL say the accident was the other drivers fault but you don't want your lawyer to prove it and in turn cause YOU to take blame in it? Then this is your law office. I know I sound like a Sam Bernstein commercial, but this is 100% what happened to me. I was ignored for over 2 months prior to my serious accident. The accident was not my fault, but my "lawyer" was not able to get the other driver to assume responsibility, even with my testimony, multiple police officers testimonies, a police report AND witnesses saying it was very clearly the other drivers fault. The rental company did send what I owed to a collections agency because I had not paid it, but I had been told that the lawyer here at this law office would take care of these things so I could focus on recovering. I also ended up having to pay my insurance company's deductible ($500) in order to get my car looked at because the incompetent lawyers working here couldn't get the at fault driver's insurance company to estimate my car. All in all, hiring these lawyers has caused me pain and suffering, and a couple thousand dollars.
