I retained this firm around February–March 2023 after being hopeful that my experience would be different from some of the negative reviews I had seen. Unfortunately, at this point, my experience has been extremely disappointing. I have two car accident cases that this firm is supposed to be handling. I have not heard from anyone since December 2024. I sent emails on January 7th, January 8th, and January 15th, and have not heard back. When I called to follow up on my case on January 19th, the receptionist was unable to answer some questions and said someone would call me back within 48 hours or that week the latest. As of today January 27th, I still have not received a call or an email. This lack of communication is extremely frustrating, stressful, and disappointing—especially when dealing with accident cases where timelines matter. I feel stuck because they are handling both of my accidents, yet I have no idea what is happening with my cases. What should have been a straightforward legal process has turned into a nightmare due to the complete lack of follow-up and transparency.

Becarefull!! He may win your case then he take it alll from you. That excatly what happened with me. Like he wins the cases all for himself. plus it's uncomfortable to deal with him and his staff. Impossible to deal with

If I could give this law office zero stars, I would without hesitation. My experience with this office was extremely frustrating, disappointing, and stressful from beginning to end. What should have been a smooth legal process turned into a nearly two-year ordeal due to constant delays, lack of communication, and unprofessional behavior. From early on, I realized that staying informed about my own case was entirely on me. I had to reach out repeatedly, sometimes every single day, just to get basic updates. Phone calls were ignored, messages went unanswered, and follow-ups were rarely returned in a timely manner. When I did manage to speak with someone, I was often met with short, dismissive, or rude responses, which made it clear that my concerns were not taken seriously. What made this experience even more unacceptable is that throughout the entire process, I never once spoke directly with the actual attorney handling my case. All communication went through staff, and even that was inconsistent and unhelpful. At no point did I feel properly represented, advised, or guided by a lawyer, which is exactly what you are trusting and paying a law firm for. The overall lack of professionalism from this office was shocking. Instead of feeling supported during a stressful time, I felt like an inconvenience for simply asking questions about my own case. There was no transparency about timelines, no clear explanations, and no proactive communication at any point. I constantly felt left in the dark and had no confidence that my case was being handled with care or urgency. The case dragged on for almost two years with very little progress unless I personally pushed for updates. This unnecessary delay caused a great deal of stress and frustration. A client should never have to chase their own legal representation just to ensure things are moving forward. When the case was finally resolved, I was left feeling deeply uncomfortable and disappointed with the outcome. Given the amount of time, effort, and emotional energy I had to put into staying on top of everything, I genuinely felt that I was shorted on the funds I received. The final result did not reflect the length of time the case took or the lack of support and advocacy I experienced. Overall, this law office failed to meet even the most basic standards of communication, professionalism, and client care. Instead of easing stress, they added to it significantly. I regret choosing this firm and would not recommend them to anyone looking for reliable, respectful, and attentive legal representation

I am extremely dissatisfied with the services provided by this law office. I was involved in a rear-end collision in 2019, and to this day, my case remains unresolved. The lack of progress is frustrating, and the experience has been far from professional. The staff, unfortunately, has been incredibly unresponsive and discourteous. Once they took on my case, communication ceased almost entirely. Attempts to get updates have been met with unhelpful responses, or no response at all. Additionally, the front desk staff, in particular, has been unprofessional. On multiple occasions, my calls were abruptly ended, and when I asked questions, they were either unable or unwilling to provide answers in a respectful manner. Based on my experience, I would not recommend this office to anyone seeking reliable legal representation, and I will certainly be taking my business elsewhere.

I was with another attorney when refered here (they have huge bilboards). So glad I was referred and followed my gut instinct. Very professional office. I was kept informed every step of the process. What was the end result you ask. My short answer is I hope never to be in another accident. However I know I can trust Mr Goldsman and his staff to not only make sure I am covered, but also get me the proper medical care so my recovery happens.
