Extremely rude man. Called to speak about my case. He cut me off every other sentence. Couldn’t get a word in. Raised his voice with me several times. Zero people skills and communication skills. Don’t waste your time calling.

Horrible customer service

I went in because I was in a bad car accident and was rear ended on the freeway. Gilbert made sure i was taken care of properly and that I was compensated for my pain and damages. By far the best lawyer I have ever dealt with.

I called to talk about my case. The receptionist was very rude, unconcerned and took my case as a laughing matter. I did not expect this from a Law Office to act this way specially that i was coming to them for help. I am injured from my accident and them treating me that way made it feel worse. Not recommend. Bad customer service.
