Cubans who need legal advice for their immigration procedures, I do not recommend this law office. They charge $100.00 and do not find a solution to your case and in 5 minutes they are done with you. Look for other lawyers who know more about what is happening right now in this country. Do not waste your money to be told you do not apply for a residence, we know that, the issue is to find solutions and you will not find it in this office. One star to be able to post my comment but because I wanted to give it. No stars Cubans. Do not waste your money or time. It will be good for other things but for I-220 no no no.

My experience with this law firm has been wonderful; they provided excellent and prompt service. They resolved my case in record time, and I've recommended them to several friends who have also had their cases resolved without any difficulty. They are kind and courteous.

This is not the right place to get help with your immigration issues. I don't recommend them. I had a bad experience with my mother's immigration process. We kept calling for seven months, and they kept telling us there was still no response, but we never got an answer until we went back in person. They told us that Immigration had never responded, so they assumed the appeal had been denied. They charged $100 for the consultation and $300 for a petition to extend an appeal of an Immigration decision. We never saw any document from Immigration denying this petition, so I consider it a scam. I don't think Immigration is so unprofessional as to not respond, and they told us their services ended there and that they could refer me to another lawyer. Beware!!! If you are considering visiting their office!!!!

Use this lawyer if you like only speaking to a paralegal and getting robbed. Emails are formatted like my 3rd grader wrote them (Imagine how our case was presented). Worst experience I've ever had. You can keep my money. Hope your proud of yourselves. Just another south Florida law firm selling wolf tickets...

March 9, 2024 - Harold Caicedo and his team are 100% recommended. He took a great interest in our case and rescued us from a lawyer who did a poor job. He worked on our case even during the Christmas holidays to request an extension so we could submit the required documents. Thanks to his efforts and the successful process he handled, we now have a work permit and a travel permit. Our residency permit is pending, but we can already travel with the documents he gave us today. I already had a work permit, which the lawyer also gave me, and it hasn't expired yet. We also received another one valid for many more years, and they let me know we can travel to our country without any problems.
