I have never needed an immigration attorney until now!!! Great communication from the start with the consult. Yahima and her Team quickly jumped on my very unique case with a limited timeline. It was all hands on deck!! I was guided every step of the way in what I needed to do and well informed with every step they were taking. Not only that but the why behind her suggested approach was explained. She made sure I understood and agreed. All my emails were answered in a timely manner. They were ready for battle if needed. Let’s just say….with some Faith & Heavenly Miracle Intervention (which we all need) …today I have my Naturalization Certificate. I must also mention her Assistant Arianne and then receptionist Lissy. Based on my experience, I would advise others not to use this law office, do not let their financing option fool you! I encountered unexpected charges during my case, including what appeared to be duplicate or unclear fees. Also Christine is not responsive to you as a client or clear with her clients about what or why she is charging & double charging you! Several additional court-related expenses were not explained to me upfront and were only mentioned after the charges were added. Upon asking why I was being charged $30 for an email, I never received a response. This office is very unethical & you will not receive the representation you're paying for or deserve! I do NOT recommend this office to anyone! Please consider other options when it comes to you & your family! Do not use Law Office of Hernandez & Smith 🙏🏼

My experience was the best. I arrived desperate for help, and they accepted my case with great care and dedication. Thanks to God, I now have my parents with me. I recommend them 100%. Attorney Hernández is the best, and her assistant Arianne is incredibly approachable and kind. Everyone is wonderful, starting with the receptionist Lisy, who is super friendly.
