I had a great experience with Ivan and his staff. My family and I were involved in a car accident back in June, where I was seriously injured to where I had to have emergency surgery and I obtained their services. I hired Mr Schertzer to represent me in an insurance claim for a car accident I was involved in where I was rear ended at at stop light. As a result of the accident I suffered a bulging disc and several herniated/ruptured discs. Initially Mr. Schertzer seemed to be handling my case personally but after a few month my case was given to one of the associate attorneys. After almost two years Mr Schertzer and his firm were only able to get me the bare minimum settlement. I walked away with about 10k once all was said and done I would not recommend this firm to represent you against an insurance company.
