Had an absolutely horrible experience with Jake. First he caved and took the opposing teams side and didnt fight for me, worst trait for a personal injury lawyer. He offered to help me on what should have been the simplest task. It took him three weeks to do 1 hours worth of work and was confrontational and second guessed his client every step of the way. He left out the most important part of my complaint and when i corrected him and asked for cinfirmation he never replied. Claimed he sent out the compaint anyway. He asked me to send the person of interests address several times as if he kept mis placing or forgetting that I sent it literally the day before. My matter involved my business and he didnt even put my business name on the letter. Total hack job across the board. He over complicated the easiest issue and then even caved toward the other side when the opposing lawyer called and he realized they are friends. Waste of time and energy and I woukd never reccomend due to his utter lack of organization and attention to any detail. Ive seen his work enviornment and his work atmosphere reflects his sloppy work.

Awesome lawyer, fought very hard for me. After judges/DA’s denied probation countless times, he ended up getting me probation in the long run which is a win for me! DA originally wanted 6months-1year incarcerated! He went to bat for me every court date and I am very appreciative!
