Highly recommend! Laura and Peter were absolutely amazing from beginning to end. I originally was searching for cheapest prices for closing on a home because who doesn’t love a good deal, right? NOT IN THIS CASE. I originally started my process with another business nearby for a lower price and instantly regretted as they almost advised me into a really horrible legal situation. Needless to say I reached out to Laura and she did research on the issues we had and steered me in the right direction. She was so patient and answered any calls or emails very quickly.
