I completely agree with MadxMass’s review. I had the exact same experience with James Carrigan. He wasted a lot of my time while i was in extreme pain, meanwhile he made me believe i would win at some point until he ditched me during the pandemic. I will never refer anyone to this office‼️

James wasted 3 years out if my life when I could’ve had a better lawyer representing me. He told me during the pandemic he could no longer represent me do to him not believing we can win. But when he first started representing me he told me he believes that i will win and get the benefits that I deserve after looking over my medical files. I noticed right away that he and the people in his office were lazy because Every time they needed my medical files they wanted me to do the footwork and make all the phone calls to my doctors offices when they were the ones being paid to do so. He got highly upset about this when I confronted him about it and I told him I am the one that’s disabled shouldn’t my lawyer that will be getting paid be the one doing the footwork to get all this information from my doctors that I provided him the information for and he spazzed out on the phone started cussing and swearing and everything else at me. Once I told him he was being recorded his voice softened up and then he started speaking normal to me and apologized which I did not believe I just tried to keep it civil because I wanted to get this thing over with. He was never prepared for anyone of my court dates and it was almost like he didn’t even know anything about me because he would ask me questions five minutes before we were leaving to go into Boston to our court dates when in fact he should’ve had a meeting with me before hand and already had all the facts and asked me all the questions he needed to ask me to prepare to speak in front of the judge.
