Mr. Benson took the time to listen to what happened, reviewed the notes and documents and devised a plan of action. When certain details were delayed in coming in, he took the time to prod whoever was holding it up. After the insurance company offered a settlement, he took the time to see if it was fair or not, and decided to ask for more.

Poor communication 2 hours late to a hearing Will take your money, then ghost you. Go somewhere else, if you want to feel disrespected, sure stay here. Otherwise find another lawyer.
