Jeff served as our attorney for purchasing our first home. He was incredibly patient, detailed in the process, and communicated with us consistently. My wife and I learned A LOT going under contract because of Jeff’s ability to guide us through every step; inspections, repair requests, closing. Luckily I found Jeff for my home purchase from day 1. Seller did mess up with my sale and refuse to return the deposit(BIG$$$$$) as well but they give up once Jeff involved in this matter. Jeff is excellent in his professional and able to articulate the solution or guidance in detail. Transparent and frequent update with me about the conversation with opposition party I referred him for my friends and you as well, talk to him about your issue first and I’m sure that you will feel confident that your issue will be RESOLVED!!! Lastly, Jeff didn’t ask me to provide google review with five-star though he did excellent but I must appreciate as it definitely help others as well

Mr. Walters did an excellent job with my house closing. Since I lived in New York, hiring him was great because I didn't have to take that 2 and a half hour ride down to Jersey every week to handle business. Gonna contact him about wills next week.

Although his firm does not handle the type of case I need, Jeffrey was prompt in returning my call and provided advice on seeking one who did. We hired Jeff to assist us with two real estate deals. In a time when it is difficult to find competent service, Jeff advocated for us not only with other parties in the deals but also with other professionals we had hired who either gave us improper advice or were not responsive to our questions. He invariably responded to our concerns in less than a day, and he was refreshingly forthcoming in telling us when we were wrong or off base in our judgment. He drafted a multitude of correspondence that, all in all, would have had to have taken him a significant amount of time, on fairly short notice. All this he did for a very reasonable flat rate (per deal), and this saved us substantially versus the usual hourly rate.
