My mom and I were involved in a car accident last year on October 9th 2025. I called this law office to handle my case. I was assigned to a case manager named Mayra. We got sent to get treatment with a chiropractor, did x-rays, MRI's, saw a pain management doctor. But from what I noticed with this firm is that they work at their own pace and very slowly. Our accident happened in October last year, and just last month we got compensated for the total loss of the vehicle involved in the accident, and we have still only received 80% of the remaining 20% for the second vehicle which impacted us in our accident. After consulting with another attorney, it should not take that long to get compensated for a car that was totally lost in an accident especially if the opposing parties have already accepted liability. Second, both my mom and I were both pushed and manipulated into accepting and receiving a pain management injection on the basis of adding more "value" to our case. Again, after consulting with another attorney, they could not believe that this was happening to us. They told me that an experienced attorney who knows what they're doing should not have to push you to do things just because it benefits them even though it makes you uncomfortable. I was told a good attorney will find ways to make it work for you without having to manipulate you. I stood my ground and rejected an injection due to a fear of needles in spite of being pushed to do it. I was also given a "courtesy" loan on the basis that I schedule an appointment to accept this injection, which I did not get. I attended the appointment, but did not accept any injection. Their actions did not seem ethical, but I was given the loan anyway. My mother also asked for a loan under the same terms. She actually went through with the injection because she was intimidated by the law firm. In spite of doing what she was told, she never received a single dime as a loan. Also, Mayra, our case manager had to be tracked down constantly if I ever had any questions for her. And would only follow back up with me when she wanted to days later. I hired them due to their good reviews, but little did I know what to actually expect. They don't actually know what they're doing and have no respect for their clients. She also made it a whole giant big deal when I had questions about the payout of the vehicle just because the vehicle was registered to another immediate family member who lives in the same household as me. She was so rude about it and straight to my face when I had questions about it on the phone saying that she couldn't tell me anything without permission using a disgusting, condescending tone. I tolerated it for several months because I wanted to remain hopeful, but I was ultimately let down with a recent interaction and I had to take action to change law offices. Do yourself a favor and hire another law firm.

I had a very good experience was law offices of Jennie levin I actually knew this company from when I was 16 years old and was involved in a car accident with my mother. I saw first hand then how quick and helpful they were with her especially since she only spoke Spanish she has always felt intimidated with speaking with lawyers let alone in English. I really loved how caring and attentive they were then that when I was in my own car accident I knew I had to call them. I was taken care of immediately and felt such a relief especially since I was still shaken up by the accident. The process was super easy, they handled it all for me and kept me updated throughout the whole process. I will definitely come back and continue to refer family and friends if needed.
