UPDATE: Someone who takes full responsibility and acknowledges when they are wrong definitely earns my trust. That's why moving forward, we will definitely be using Ms. Snyder and changing my stars to a 5. Before the last review 4 months ago, it had been 6 YEARS since the last review and I see why now. VERY UNPROFESSIONAL. Don't waste your time or energy.
I agree with Ms. Williams. After good communication during the intake process, I dropped the ball and did not respond to a couple of her emails. This occurred during a specific critical time while I was preparing for an imminent trial and spread really thin. This review is authentic and deserved. To potential clients reading this, I promise you that customer service is really, really personally important to me. But also, there will be times when a delayed response will be unavoidable.
