I had a really great experience with the Law offices of Jessie Serna. The customer service is above average. Jessie was available to discuss my case whenever I requested updates or had questions! She is both professional & personable and experieced to say the least.

After suffering a terrible accident in March of 2018 and not knowing how to go about it at all, I contacted Jessie Serna for assistance. My mom had actually recommended Jessie after getting a settlement from a car accident she was involved in almost 25 years ago! Jessie, off the bat, was incredibly helpful and ready to take on my case. Jessie was able to get me a settlement out of the defendant's entire insurance policy from the first lawsuit against the defendant's insurance company, but was not satisfied with dollar amount of settlement due to it barely covering my large medical bills from the incident. Instead, she initiated a second lawsuit against my own insurance, since my insurance covers underinsured / uninsured, and proving that the defendant's insurance policy is underinsured, she was able to get me another substantial settlement. She really continued to press defendant's counsel until we were both happy with the settlement offer. Because of Jessie's diligent success, I am in a much better, pain-free position. 10/10 Definitely would recommend Jessie for any personal injury matter. Thanks Jessie!
