John was my attorney a few years ago and he was amazing. I was in a tuff spot with a probation violation, 2 charges while on probation and 2 ex girlfriends trying to ruin my life. I had a different attorney before John which told me that I had to do 8 months and there was no way in hell to get it down any less. I was working full time and have 4 children. The probation officer was also harassing me and was so happy she won and I was going to jail. At the last minute as a hail Mary I found John. As soon as I retained him he went to work calling the Da figuring everything out and after 3 court dates and some back room meetings with the judge and probation I came away serving only 42 days. He pulled off a miracle on this case that nobody thought was possible. I'll never forget when I was walking back after being detained the officers in the back were asking me who he was, because of how he was debating back and forth they were all amazed and said he was like a pitbul attorney. Let me tell you if you think your facing a lot of time and asking yourself if there is someone out there that can help I assure you that this is the lawyer you want. If you can afford him, do it. You won't be disappointed, I promise. This is your life so every dollar is well spent. I can't recommend this man highly enough. Thank you John.

I knew John was my lawyer from our very fist conversation. He took the time to learn not only about the facts of the case, but also about me and who I am. My ex-wife had me criminally charged during a very bad divorce and I knew i needed someone who would fight for me. Now let me start with this was my 2nd DUI Charge yet the first time I hired Raimondo. Was charged with 1192-3 meaning I refused to blow into the breathalyzer which NY State law automatically suspends your license for 1 year. Well not with Raimondo. He presented a tiny era in the police report in reference how the police wrote down the knowledge of me refusing. And the judge decided not to suspend my license during arraignment. WOW!! This is unheard of. Right from the start I knew I had someone special that will defend me. Several more court dates with in the 3-4 months Raimondo ask for the charges to be dropped to a 1192.1. Mind you this is my 2nd offense so to get the same outcome as my 1st offense is also a long shot and unheard of. But Raimondo delivered. I’m highly happy the way I was represented. He’s the real deal. Anytime I called he’s responded. He cares to know the person he’s representing. Im grateful to be represented by Raimondo

I'm from Philly when I caught my case,didn't know what to do.I talked to 5,6 lawyers in that area after talking to them all .I picked John for a couple of reasons I felt he was honest, reasonable and he wasnt telling me just what I wanted to hear(which is very important When hiring a lawyer)What a great choice it was.After talking to him he told me the pros and cons of the case.Told me what I was looking at.What he was going to try to do.what to expect ,what choices I have.What more could you ask.Exspecially knowing I was guilty.When he got in the courtroom he was a beast and got me a great deal.He really went to bat for me and it couldn't have turned out better.
