John McNally and Janette Parish two of the most amazing and caring individuals I ever encounter in my life. Some years ago I was seriously injured at work, that injury put me in the hospital for several days and left me with infections that would decrease my quality of life, my case was difficult and many other "big name attorneys" wouldn't take it, they claim it could be a very lengthy and complex litigation and honestly they didn't find it lucrative. John McNally restored our faith in the lawyer profession. We were calling to get a free consultation with the intent to pay for his services. He spent almost 30 unhurried minutes with us (mostly my wife) on the phone listening patiently to the intricacies of our dilemma. We've never needed a lawyer or talked to one before and honestly, we were expecting a brash, get to the point interaction. This was *not* John. To top it off with the most impressive part...he recommended in our situation to not use him or any other lawyer and instead told us how to handle it ourselves. Mind you, this is for a small claims type of situation, but we were still flying blind. He could have recommended himself for the profit and did not. We would not have known we could do this ourselves. At the end, he offered his services if our situation changed to an extent that he was needed. My family was recently facing a DUI charge and an additional SOS charge of a BAC refusal. Losing driving privileges were not an option and John was an absolute rockstar. He won the Secretary of State hearing (which rarely ever happens) and was able to get the allowed minimum reduced sentence for the court case. John and his assistant Janette are heaven sent! Whether it was taking my millions of phone calls a day or answering my questions with very great detail, they both explained everything that was happening to me to where I would actually understand what was going on.
