Jonathan Stein is a very corrupt probate lawyer. He is my brother's attorney as executer for my father's estate. I am a beneficiary. He has been lying, used false statements against me via documents with emails and items sent to the court, has slandered me, has shown very unprofessional and unethical behavior via phone calls, and it continues to escalate. I have never met anyone in his position treat anyone with such disrespect and it does not matter if they are your attorney or an opposing attorney. The State Bar is in receipt of my complaint and he deserves to lose his license. Do not use him!

Okay this man is a hero... I had a situation where my landlord tried pinning $8,000 on me and my roommates to pay for a laundry room to be remodeled due to a washing machine leak. This caused so much stress with back and forth communications between my household and the landlord with us being stuck in a pinch with threats of eviction and all that fun stuff. I reached out to multiple law offices, 2 got back to me the next day, 1 same day, all three charging HEAVY costs just for me to explain whats going on. Jonathan called me within a couple hours, talked about everything going on, gave me plenty of advice. AND DID NOT CHARGE ME. In the end he offered his services with costs for if/when the landlord tries to press actual charges. But the fact he took the all that time to give my roommates and I assistance in a situation that felt like we had the world against us.... and not ask for anything in return... really goes to show how much this man actually cares about people and values.
