Joseph was recommended to me by a friend after I got hit by a semi-truck on the highway and posted pics of my totaled car. The accident left me with pain in my shoulder, wrest and back, I couldn't think about taking the highway or driving for a while and of course couldn't work as much as I used to do before. I didn't know I could hire a lawyer and all I planned to do is to submit an insurance claim. Joseph walked me through the process, recommended medical services to treat me on a lien (because a few things are either not covered by my insurance or go through a lengthy process), didn't ask me for a penny and took care of all the details until the case was finalized and I got a good settlement. I highly recommend him and his fee (an amount deducted from the final settlement) is reasonable.

Joseph explained the process to obtain an underinsured motorist coverage settlement with care and consideration while setting realistic expectations. Had an unfortunate car accident and left my body a bit beat up along with the wife and kid. I could only go by reviews and he had good reviews so I contacted him regarding my situation. It was pretty straight forward and he laid out the terms of the agreement. I think he did a pretty good job on handling my case. He was on it and all things done and let me know when and what I had to do. Pretty much guided me.
