They're a bunch of crooks. My mom had a case with them, unfortunately. All they did was lie to her. There was never any good communication. They kept putting one secretary after another, a receptionist, and when you finally spoke to them, nobody knew who you were or what you wanted. You called for documents, and they only asked for your phone number and email address to send what you needed, and they never sent anything. You called again, and they didn't know what you needed or who had asked for the information, and it was the same thing from the beginning. They never, ever sent what you needed. They're charlatans, that's what they are. They only care about money. When they saw that she was going to finish paying them, they just told her they would never reopen her case, and if she was unhappy with them, she should find another lawyer. Mr. Josep is an agitated and arrogant person. The way he answered, he just said, "I'm the lawyer, I know, and if you're not happy, go with another lawyer. I'll give you your money back," but he never returned anything. Don't waste your time or your money. Look for qualified people with good communication skills who care about the cases they win to build a good reputation, not these people who know nothing about your case, don't realize what's happening, and are only concerned with the money.
