Jim is the most skilled, knowledgeable, persistent and dedicated attorney I have come across in my 6 years of Pro Per (Self-Represented) litigation. I have never witnessed an attorney so dedicated to his clients success and case. The man knows his case law as well. That being said he is certainly an Attorney you want on your side and in your corner.

You may find a rather negative comment listed by a former opposing party, Megan Fedeli, on my reviews. I am sure you can understand that when an opposing party loses over and over again they want to lash out at their ex and of course his (or her) attorney. The truth of the multiple cases includes Ms. Fedeli losing all legal arguments and being forced to litigate most recently in Nevada as she had falsified statements to the court trying to retain California jurisdiction after moving out of state. Once that was decided my client's counsel in Nevada took over the case. As for the TRO, yes she called and threatened me resulting in a TRO and then an agreement, one which she has violated now with her posting. The balance of the comments are false and need no further comment. Again, I understand being the brunt of a losing opposing parties anger but Ms. Fedeli takes it a bit too far. If you are looking for an attorney that will work hard, win your case and might just drive your ex nuts because of our success, give me a call.

If you have a more complex case, I suggest a different lawyer. He is "direct" as he states it. If you don't hit it off with him or have second thoughts, do not proceed! His style and fit is different than mine and he cannot adapt to clients needs or suggestions, it will be his way. I do not feel that he is worth what he charges, but it was worth it to get a different attorney.

He's only out to make money off people. The guy is even reviewing his own company to boost his ratings. The rest of the reviews are fake (notice they all got posted on the same day). Just goes to show what kind of liar he is. I would recommend anyone but him if you want to win.
