I wouldn’t any starts , I had a bad experience with this attorney, Kathleen , didn’t show up in person to court for my custody battle faced time only , second court a young inexperienced man showed up , mistake to retain this attorney’s, only to pay up to 8k in fees and wanted more for bad service , daisy the secretary was really rude and was not helpful at the end of some ? S I had , she actually called my father to complain that I was rude witch I was just stern and wanted information and would have paid them the 800 that was in the balance , but not anymore because of the so Impressionism they treated me , calling father like a principal call the parents , laughing at her and made a mistake not hiring them myself in person , my dad did the deal and everything came out of my pocket , don’t recommend them at all , house costly mistake . 0 stars and awful secretary service , at ur own risk lost $$ now looking for new attorneys for help

I really disappointed my experience with them. I went to them regarding the medical negligence case. They said if they could help me, they asked me for almost 1000 dollars supposedly for the investigator which was worthless and despite the fact that we brought them the clinical file in which the same report said that there was a serious error by the surgeon, out of the blue they told us that they could not help us without giving us a reason or explanation as to why they were not going to help us. Despite saying that they would, they did not return the money to us and they just did not answer our calls or let us into the office when we wanted to know why. For me, this office is nothing but thieves.

This office is extremely inefficient and unorganized. No one there knows what they are doing. They don't return phone calls or emails. They are never ready for any hearings and keep continuing time after time, dragging their feet and making all kinds of excuses. Costing thousands $$$ in fees. Mrs Alvarado needs to retire. She moves supper slow and has no interest in moving your case forward. She just wants to collect a paycheck. I'm pretty sure the good reviews are fake to offset the bad ones. I've been dealing with this office for almost 3yrs and nothing has been done.
