After seeing this person's written communication, I'd suggest you'd be better off with a 7 year old child advocating for you, than someone who barely understands how to format a letter.
The only written communication I recall with Great Lakes is paying back my student loans and the checks cleared, so they were formatted correctly, with no cover letters. It is funny that there were three posts from three fake accounts the same day. It seems an opposing party was unhappy that I made it clear my client's rights would be protected. When someone resorts to defaming me because legal arguments against me fail, that person has issued me a glowing endorsement.

Keri is an incredible attorney that is extremely knowledgeable and most of all she has the wisdom to know what to do with it. Keri also is a great listener which is so beneficial in resolving your situation and bringing it to a positive conclusion! I've always had some reservation when working with attorneys and she has definitely shown herself to be a woman of high ethics while still being aggressive in the process of resolving your needs. My reservations are squashed and I would without hesitation recommend or hire her myself if needed in the future!
