It's been quite a while now since I have used the wonderful firm. Catherine Kroger-Diamond was my Attorney after I was hit crossing the street in the crosswalk by a delivery truck in downtown, San Diego. I sustained injuries which ended my career that I loved and enjoyed great success as a senior rep for a major publication. I hesitated to even get an attorney, however, a work friend who had used Catherine in the past told me that she was an ethical, outstanding person. That was the beginning of a great experience with this firm. They are smart, kind, and HONEST. The outcome of my claim was enough to compensate me for the successful career I lost and to cover possible future problems that could arise because of the TBI I sustained. This firm took my case when no one else would. I had 9 months with no treatment and got strung along, by the other persons insurnace being told they were gonna give me a settlement amount. That ended up being a lie. After I hired this firm, I got the treatment I needed, and after about a year and a half of being with them, I finally got compensated for all the pain I went through. Thank you guys so much for helping me out in my time of need, and answering my many many questions. They are also very military friendly!

Worse experience ever. I’d call every six months or so to check on my case. I never heard from them. The office gal admitted several times they lost my file. It kept getting buried at the bottom of a pile. Several years later she barely got me anything for my back pain & loss of work. Find someone else with more integrity.
