This woman sent ashes to a nursing home after she was advised not to. She was advised how ill my mother was and did it anyway. We even told her she cannot have ashes in her nursing home. Her client my cousin didn't want the ashes. She seriously said my mom said she wanted them. She told us even though my mom was dying too bad and sent them. Really hope it was all worth it. Now we have to return ashes to her because she refused to listen. She got her payday though

lies of about her rates wouldn’t recommend. So she will end up charging you 25k. First, when we initially signed with her I paid her $1400 for her to represent in my family’s probate case. I was going to be the administrator, then my family and decided that my sister should be the admin. We then both spoke to Mona and said we would split the admin fee. Mona agreed. Then she went without notifying me and she went ahead and gave my sister the full admin fee even though we had already agreed prior want the arrangement would be. Even though I did half of the work required for the admin. Secondly when my siblings and I had some disagreements she said if we don’t figure it out she would begin to charge extra ordinary fees. We all came to the same conclusion very quickly on. Once again through out the whole process she was charging $450 dollars per hour if you had a question in regards to her job as a lawyer. Even though she was already be paid $15,000 for her fee. She went on and charged 8k more for basic phone calls. This was without notification. Only came up with it was time to cash the Check. I could go on about this lady but please save yourself and get a lawyer that has a legit office and has clear communication. I would NEVER recommend this lady.

My experience with Mona was terrific. Even though there was an error made that was my fault causing my case to be dismissed she refiled on my behalf again for free. She even paid the filing fee herself. It was an overall good experience. One other positive that was taken from this was the price. It was the cheapest quote I had received out of 3 attorneys.

I dont normally review but after reading some of these I wanted to show how my experience was. I worked with Ms Patel a few months back and had a really positive experience. I was reluctant at first because there was no longer an office but learned that she would meet with me if needed. We did meet at starbucks and after that everything was seamless and great. She worked as quickly as I allowed her to by providing whatever she needed and it was a benefit that I only got to work with her not any employees or paralegals which was nice. I have already recommended her to others since her price was also better than all others I had found. If you don't mind the lack of a physical office, you will be more than happy with the attention she gives you.

If I had to do it again, I wouldn't pick this firm. Go somewhere else, or do it yourself. They're not on top of things, and mistakes will be made. I never saw my attorney, never spoke with her, and now I'm in a huge argument with my mortgage company because documents weren't sent on time.
